How long does the shipping take?

We aim to dispatch every order placed by 12:00 PM the same working day. The delivery time to Poland is 1-2 working days and to other EU countries 2-4 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our products are delivered by DPD courier within the European Union.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping within Poland is:

  • 13,99 PLN InPost Paczkomat
  • 15,99 PLN InPost Courier

The cost of shipping to other European Union countries depends on the destination:

  • 35 PLN(Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary)
  • 40 PLN (Portugal, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia)
  • 45 PLN (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Romania, Slovenia)
  • 50 PLN (Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg)
  • 55 PLN (France, Italy, Spain)
  • 65 PLN (Denmark)
  • 69 PLN (Greece)
  • 84 PLN (Sweden)
  • 95 PLN (Finland)

Free delivery to InPost Paczkomat is for orders over 299 PLN.

Can I modify my order?

If your order hasn't been received by the courier yet then please contact us immediately HERE to change your purchase.

I would like to exchange a product

You can make an exchange in our shop as long as the product is unused.

The product is sold out, when will it be available?

If the product you have chosen is temporarily unavailable, please follow our Instagram profile or subscribe to our newsletter. In both places, we will keep you informed about re-availability.

Deliveries are usually made within 1.5 - 2 weeks.

How much time do I have for a return?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
