TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNT CODES

Terms and conditions of the promotion “-10% on first purchases for signing up for the Newsletter”

General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the promotion titled “-10% on the first purchase for signing up for the Newsletter” specify the functioning, conditions, scope, and complaint procedure of the promotion, the rules for participation, and the entitlements of participants, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter: “Promotion Terms”).

2. The organizer of the promotion “-10% on the first purchase for signing up for the Newsletter” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Beata Piątkowska, running a sole proprietorship under the name Beata Piątkowska BB-Akcesoria, Tarnowiec 353, 38-204 Tarnowiec, NIP 6851261212, REGON 523013319, entered in the CEIDG business register, owner, and founder of the BB-Akcesoria brand (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

3. The Promotion is conducted through the online store www.bb-akcesoria.pl (hereinafter: “Online Store”).

4. Customers who have received a discount code from the Organizer may participate in the Promotion – after meeting the participation conditions, they become participants of the Promotion (hereinafter: “Participant”).

Promotion Rules

1. The Promotion is exclusively available to individuals who have signed up for the Online Store’s Newsletter. After the User subscribes to the Newsletter, the Organizer provides them with a discount code on the Website.

2. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity for the Participant to use a -10% discount on their first purchase from the current retail prices of Products available on the Online Store during the Promotion period (hereinafter: “Discount”).

3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to Products that are part of other promotional actions reducing the price of the Product.

4. The value of the Products eligible for the Discount must be at least 140 PLN gross.

5. The Promotion is valid until further notice (hereinafter: “Promotion Duration”), with the exception of point 11 below.

6. To participate in the Promotion, you must:

Subscribe to the Newsletter service, according to the Terms and Conditions;
Read and accept the Promotion Terms;
Place the first order with a total value of at least 140 PLN gross, using the email address registered for the Newsletter;
Before placing the order – in the Order Summary section – enter the discount code received from the Organizer and click the “Promo code” button. Entering the discount code after the order has been placed does not entitle you to use the Discount.

7. In the case of purchasing multiple Products covered by the Promotion, the Discount is applied to the total Price of the purchased Products covered by the Promotion.

8. During the Promotion period, each Participant may use the Promotion only once for their first purchase in the Online Store. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter and subscribing again will not entitle the Participant to receive another discount code.

9. The Discount granted by the Organizer as part of the Promotion is not redeemable for cash or any other payment method and is non-transferable.

10. The Participant, when making a purchase in the Online Store, has the right but not the obligation to use the Discount.

11. The Participant can use the Discount on the terms specified in these Promotion Terms within 1 year from its receipt.

12. If the Participant returns a Product purchased through the Promotion, the Organizer will refund the Participant only the actual price paid for the Product (reduced by the value or a proportional part of the Discount). If the Participant does not return all Products purchased with the discount code, the refund will be reduced proportionally by the Discount value.

13. Using the Discount means the Participant agrees to the terms of this Regulation and accepts the Terms.

Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted by the Participants, particularly by email to: bb.obslugaklienta@gmail.com or by mail to the following address of the Organizer: Beata Piątkowska BB-Akcesoria, Tarnowiec 353, 38-204 Tarnowiec (hereinafter: “Complaints”).

2. To expedite the processing of a Complaint, please provide the Participant’s full name, contact information (e.g., email address or phone number), and a description of the reasons for the Complaint.

3. The Participant will be notified within 14 days via email or letter about the decision regarding the Complaint and how it will be handled.

4. Complaints are handled by the Organizer, in accordance with the provisions of these Promotion Terms.

Final Provisions

These Promotion Terms are available at: www.bb-akcesoria.pl and come into effect on 9.08.2024.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Terms in the event of:

1. Changes in the law regarding the rules governing the Promotion,

2. Changes in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical reasons,

3. Changes in the laws regulating the sale of Products or the provision of services electronically by the Organizer,

4. Changes in the scope or provision of services covered by the Terms, including introducing new ones,

5. Modifications or withdrawal by the Seller of current functionalities or services covered by the Terms.

In the event of changes to the Promotion Terms, the Organizer will publish the revised version of the Promotion Terms on the Online Store.

Terms and conditions of the promotion “CASE BLANCA -20% off when buying two pieces”.

General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the promotion titled “CASE BLANCA -20% off when purchasing two pieces” specify the functioning, conditions, scope, and complaint procedure of the promotion, the rules for participation, and the entitlements of participants, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter: “Promotion Terms”).

2. The organizer of the promotion “CASE BLANCA -20% off when purchasing two pieces” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Beata Piątkowska, running a sole proprietorship under the name Beata Piątkowska BB-Akcesoria, Tarnowiec 353, 38-204 Tarnowiec, NIP 6851261212, REGON 523013319, entered in the CEIDG business register, owner, and founder of the BB-Akcesoria brand (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

3. The Promotion is conducted through the online store www.bb-akcesoria.pl (hereinafter: “Online Store”).

Promotion Rules

1. The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity for the Participant to use a -20% discount on any CASE BLANCA cases available in the current offer of the Online Store during the Promotion period (hereinafter: “Discount”).

2. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to Products whose Price is subject to another promotional action reducing the Product Price.

3. The minimum quantity of CASE BLANCA cases eligible for the Discount is two pieces.

4. The Promotion is valid until further notice (hereinafter: “Promotion Duration”), with the exception of point 11 below.

5. To participate in the Promotion, you must:

Read and accept the Promotion Terms;
Place an order for at least two CASE BLANCA cases available in the current offer of the Online Store during the Promotion period;
Before placing the order, in the Order Summary section, enter the code “CASE” to use the Discount and click the “Promo code” button. Entering the code after placing the order does not entitle you to use the Discount.

6. In the case of purchasing two or more Products covered by the Promotion, the Discount is applied to the total Price of the purchased Products covered by the Promotion.

7. During the Promotion period, each Participant may use the Promotion multiple times.

8. The Discount granted by the Organizer as part of the Promotion is not redeemable for cash or any other payment method and is non-transferable.

9. The Participant, when making a purchase in the Online Store, has the right but not the obligation to use the Discount.

10. If the Participant returns a Product purchased through the Promotion, the Organizer will refund the Participant only the actual price paid for the Product (reduced by the value or a proportional part of the Discount). If the Participant does not return all Products purchased with the discount code, the refund will be reduced proportionally by the Discount value.

11. Using the Discount means the Participant agrees to the terms of this Regulation and accepts the Terms.
